Details are not added to our customer database without your consent. Customer details are only entered onto our database upon joining the Alliance Programme. The Eyetribe Programme database does not get sold or passed onto any other party, except for contracted suppliers responsible for processing Eyetribe mail-outs. This is a one-off usage and the database is not retained by the supplier. We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organization without your permission. If you supply us with your postal address, email address, or mobile number you may receive periodic mailings from Eyetribe with information on new products and services or upcoming events. 10. Purchasing Information Payment

Eyetribe accept payment by Visa Card, MasterCard and Bankcard only. Eyetribe may contact the card holder directly using the phone number provided during the "Checkout Procedure" to verify payment and delivery details. Eyetribe will hold products until payment has been authorized and accepted.

Shipping Policy

Eyetribe ship products via Express or Priority Post anywhere in Australia. International Purchases (Purchases destined for locations outside Australia) will be sent by air freight. International Purchases must meet the requirement of less than 20kg packaged weight. Additional postage charges must be met by the purchaser on delivery. Every effort will be made to process the order ready for shipment within 3-4 weeks from the time of order. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you require your order to be processed quicker than the time period above, please notify Eyetribe.

Return Policy

Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return *most products, unused & in new condition with intact packaging, together with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund. If unsure whether our return policy covers your purchase please check with one of our friendly Team Members. This offer is in addition to your Statutory Rights for returns & the Eyetribe Quality Guarantee. Colours: Eyetribe makes every effort to represent product colours accurately, however the colour settings of computer monitors can vary considerably. As a result, there may be variations between the colour you see on-screen and the colour of the item which you purchase. Pricing: All prices stated are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. International purchasers please note: Any import duties, taxes or charges levied by the destination country must be paid by the purchaser.
